Another painting

Hey all,
This one's abstract......I did it from a collage. The main themes here are fire versus ice, continuity versus chaos, and the use of monochrome within a complementary colour scheme. But hey, don't take my word for it, a picture is worth a thousand words:

I love collage. Nicely done. This week our assignment allows us to use collage and I think I will, since I took a collage class a couple of months ago. I love my art class but I didn't know art students had to pack around so much stuff!

On the page you linked to there were some of your other paintings and also one of calla lilies. The name of it is callalilies and is in the second row, along with your coffee cups. I went and looked again in case I was losing my mind, but I guess it's still intact. Well, in this case, anyway.
