Address the card to his first name and his last name and her first name and her full llast name.  If she is anything like me, she will probably appreciate that you made the effort to remember her name and address her by it.

On the envelope for the address I would write:

Hisfirst Hislast and Herfirst Hermaiden-Hermarried
Address

I am not 100% sure on this thought, so please correct me if I'm wrong!

Just a guess, but I'd say:
Mr. Hisname Marriedname and Mrs. Hername Maiden-Marriedname

(I know that, historically, Mrs. Hername Marriedname was used for widows, I beliive restrictions on that have loosened ;)).

I agree on the responses....as someone who hyphenates her last name, it drives me bonkers when someone doesn't get it right, especially a friend!   :)

I have several friends like this, and I solve the problem by addressing it to
'The MaidenName-Married-Name Family

I may be doing it wrong, But some of my friends have long names, and adding both would take up a lot of room. I figure this way, everyones name is covered.
