I admit that I'm currently a tad overtired.
Got up at 4am yesterday for a long day of travel by plane and car.
So perhaps I'm not at my sharpest at work today.
Sat down to eat my tasty chef's salad and decided it needed a bit of seasoning.
Got the pepper shaker, opened the lid and tapped it onto my salad.
Unfortunately, I didn't open the "sprinkle" side of the lid.
I opened the "spoon out the contents" side of the lid.
The "sprinkle" of pepper turned into about two *tablespoons* of pepper all over my salad.

I did manage to find a strainer and wash my salad, but the resulting damp mess of lettuce, cheese, ham and egg really...lost something...in the process.
