Just being nosy

I like to look at the "whose online" page so I can see some of the other topics that I might have missed using the new posts thing. Anyhow I saw a guest and by thier name under action, it said "Nothing, or nothing you can see....."

What does that mean???

So, instead of "Viewing this topic". it actually said "Nothing, or nothing you can see..."?   Fascinating.  That's the forum software doing that and I'm still finding surprising things it does.  I have no idea what that means since a guest doesn't have access to PMs which is what I would have thought that message would imply.  Of they are logged in but are not looking at anything at the moment.

At the bottom of the main page it lists which members are currently on the forum.  If you click the title (122 Guests, 98 Members), it takes you to a page detailing where everyone is on the forum at that moment. 

Have you figured out "Buddies" yet?

I havent figured out "Buddies" yet, what is it (did a search in the help section to no avail...)?

A "buddy" is a friend and you designate them as a Buddy by clicking on their ID and under "Current Status", add them to your buddy list.  The Online Users Info center will then tell you which of your buddies are online and also creates a dropdown list for PMing.

Turns out it is an error message...if a guest tries to go somewhere where they are denied access, they would get an error message and when that happens, you see the "Nothing happening here" message.
