Everyday: Retaliatory Rudeness
« on: February 27, 2009, 12:02:03 PM »
On EHell, practicing retaliatory rudeness (doing/saying something you know is mean, rude, or insulting in response to someone who has been mean, rude or insulting to you first) is considered unacceptable; aka "Two wrongs don't make a right."

So if you post that you were the RL victim of someone's rudeness, and you said or did something mean or rude in return; your response will not be considered acceptable or excused by most.  Same applies to suggesting retaliatory rudeness in seriousness to another poster who is the victim of RL rudeness.

...no matter how much fun it may be. :D

Seriously - this is a good one, because it's the foundation of so many other rules here.
