I got a call this AM from the nielson TV ratings people.
They called my number @ work.

He identified himself very professionaly, explained they were taking a survey, did I mind (I didn't), asked a question (which I answered) and then asked to verify I was a household member.
I explained that he had called a business number, and he apologized profusely for interupting my work day, regretted the inconvience and said he would not bother me any more, and wished me a nice day.

It was the nicest customer service apology I've had in a while.  (And I didn't mind my work day being interupted :-)
