IP ban?

When I log in from home I get a lovely message about being banned for posting political comments... I'm assuming I got caught in a blanket IP ban? Would it be possible to unban just my username? I'm able to log in from work (must be on a separate grid).

It's not your name/ID/email address that is triggering the gag announcement, it's your home IP address.

Your home IP address must be a dynamic IP address (meaning it changes daily)  because when someone was gagged on the forum, that was one of the IPs this person used to access the forum and it got collectively added to the gag triggers.

If the person is from the same region, they probably have the same ISP as there are only 2 major ones in my area. I'll try resetting my IP when I get home.
