There about a billion options you can shose from. You can have pets and props and shirts with slogans and various different backgrounds. You just can't be larger than a size 7 apparently! 
That's a South African size 11, which wouldn't work for me because I'm an S.A. size 16 (12 U.S.). Bummer.
