DH makes a ridiculous cranberry/orange sauce with booze every year.  The first year, nobody ate it because they thought it was marinara.  

Marinara.

You know, 'cause marinara sauce is what's been missing every year, and it goes so well over Mom's dressing.    

I make one with cranberries, orange zest, gran marnier and sometimes I dice some apples into it. Oh it is SO good. My husband loved it too!

The labels on the bottom of my Pyrex pan say the 11x7 holds 2 quarts, and the 9x13 holds 3 quarts.

I am making a casserole for supper tonight that I've never amde before. As I was reviewing the recipe, it called for a 2 qt casserole. I thought about this thread and laughed out loud.

My casserole is green. Its from La Cruesset. I'm not sure of the size, as I can't find a tape messure. It has no lid, so Marnie is going to hate me.
But, then again, I'm not married so she won't expect me to participate at the adult level.
