In my family we had the 'Jack' problem.
There were four generations of men with the same first name. So, we had 'Jack', 'Big Jack', 'Little Jack' and 'Young Jack'. Oddly enough, nobody ever got any of the 'Jacks' confused.
A friend is part of a family of Jimmys. (Well, James. But none GO by James.)
I am probably gonna leave some out but here I go. There is:
Jimmy
Little Jimmy (Jimmy's nephew)
Daddy Jimmy (who is grandfather to little jimmy)
Bubba Jimmy (Daddy Jimmy's cousin who was raised as his brother)
Jim Junior (Little Jimmy's dad, Jimmy's Brother)
Jim (Jim Junior's son in law)
and, because... because,
Jenny (Who is male. VERY male. And is Little Jimmy's older brother.)
There is a threat that if the next baby born in the family is a girl they are gonna name her Gem.
Oh, I forgot Baby Jimmy who is in 2nd grade now.
