I totally understand that he's being totally passive aggressive and not picking hard enough for you to be like "look, you're being a total jerk and i wish you'd grow up." but just enough to make you upset.

For some reason he just chooses not to like you and decides to pick on you. I'd record the conversations and play it back for my husband. I know he wouldn't do it while your husband was listening.

I am amazed at people.
