Wensleydale, Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, Caerphillly and Lancashire, I love them all. I have cheese every day, it's usually Red Leicester or Double Gloucester as they do not crumble in a lunch box.

Have you tried Cotswold? It's a double gloucester-type with chopped onions and chives mixed in. YUM.

I know it is quite rude to invite yourself over for food.  But it is CHEESE-so that makes it okay.  Right???    ;)

Wavreumont, Fontina D'Aosta, Morbier and Pierre Robert.

Check out this place - if you love cheese, it will blow your mind.  :)  And, they deliver.

smoked fontina. mmmmm.  mmmm.  gooooooooood.

Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with cheddar, mozzarella or cojack.  and a nice, warm brie.  and gorgonzola in a crispy salad with pears, cranberries and candied walnuts.

Or maybe just most of it (excluding the extremely stinky ones)
