BBQ Meatballs
2lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbs veg. oil
Combine ingredients and form into balls. Lightly brown meatballs in the veg. oil. Remove the meatballs from the frying pan and place in a casserole dish.
Sauce:
3 tbs. brown sugar
1 bottle of BBQ sauce
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tsp soya sauce
Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour sauce over the meat balls and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve alone as an appetizer or with steamed rice for a meal.
