So a large part of my job deals with mapping so I use google maps and the aerial photography almost daily. Now we have google street view in my area, which basically means the google truck has driven down every street in the city with a giant camera and captured
everything that can be seen from a public road. Kind of makes you wish you had put in that privacy fence last year... but I digress.
I was looking up a site we have been working on for some time and my co-worker has been caught on google's camera. The faces are blurred out, but it's clearly him. He and another girl were in the middle of the road sampling a groundwater well. If it were you, would you want to know that you've been google-sniped or would you be happier blissfully ignorant?
Making matters a wee bit worse, he's been google-sniped breaking company health & safety policies.
