Your update said she was on vacation 'until Friday' so I'm not sure if she'll be in the office tomorrow or if she is out through Friday. Either way, I'm sending good thoughts your way-- you did nothing wrong and you have no responsibility for this situation. She should never have posted such things on a public forum.

Final Update:
The boss spoke with co-worker who immediately apologized.... 
 There is now a written policy regarding facebook/internet.
I love a happy ending. This was a great learning experience for the individual AND for the company AND appropriate action in the form of a written policy resulted! A lot of companies are just catching up with the internet and social networking, so glad your boss is taking action for the future.

Interesting as to how companies react to social networking sites. No one at DH's job can access Facebook from work. My employer has a Facebook group and uses special Facebook groups for different activities. And DD has a job as a social media coordinator for her organization!
