People who feel the need to police your food intake. I have a cousin, and both of us needed, and still need to lose weight. She has been on and tried ever diet plan out there, some legit, and some just weird. For a very long long time, she refused to see that it was her habits, not the plan she was following, that were hindering her efforts.
Things like having a meal shake for lunch on whatever plan she was following at that time, and following up with half a bag of chocolate. yeah, that's going to work well. and then whining she isn't seeing any results. or grazing for hours in the kitchen, and then thinking shes ok having say chicken and steamed veggies for dinner.
And while she's not like this all the time, if I happened to be eating something, she felt the need to comment "wow, there's a lot of sugar in those" and things like that. well, thank you, but I AM an adult, and therefore can make my own food choices.
I started WW several months ago, and while I've lost some, not as much as I'd like, or could have. But I know its on me, and doing it slower, the chances are better i will keep it off. But the beauty of WW is you eat regular food, and you can have anything you want, as long as you keep to your points etc. So I was joking the other day, saying my CW brought in donuts and i hated her. But fully intending to have one! She then had to comments about staying away from them! I still don't think she grasps that for some, including myself, and i think her too, you can't label certain things as never to be eaten again! i have maybe 2-3 donuts a year, so I figured having one wasn't going to sabotage any of my efforts. And we don't usually compare details, but will share our successes. She's lost more than I have, but has stalled. and still has rather unhealthy eating habits, so I'm hoping to pass her in the weight loss soon.
