Fried pineapple rings

They go great as a side dish for baked chicken or pork.

What you nead:
1 can pineaple rings (or one raw pineapple, sliced into rings; takes more time but the flavour is better)
one egg
2 spoons milk
half a teaspoon cinammon
half a teaspoon grated ginger
half a teaspoon chilli
a pinch of salt
Some flour and breadcrumbs.

Mix the spices+ salt, the milk and the egg together.  Dip each pineapple piece in flour, then in egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in olive or grape-seed oil.
Enjoy :)

Chilli will neutralize the sweetness of the pineapple. Simply but nice recipe.

If it's technically possible for me to move it to move it to "Recipe requests", I'd be happy to do so. Please let me know how, if it's the case :)
