They go great as a side dish for baked chicken or pork.
What you nead:
1 can pineaple rings (or one raw pineapple, sliced into rings; takes more time but the flavour is better)
one egg
2 spoons milk
half a teaspoon cinammon
half a teaspoon grated ginger
half a teaspoon chilli
a pinch of salt
Some flour and breadcrumbs.
Mix the spices+ salt, the milk and the egg together. Dip each pineapple piece in flour, then in egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in olive or grape-seed oil.
