Eat this Blueberry Bread and die happy!

So simple ... crunchy crust, soft crumb, easy enough for me.

Mix together:

3 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
0.5 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs

Stir in 1 pkg fresh blueberries

Mix, put in loaf pan (ungreased), bake 350 degrees F for 1hr 15min

YUM!

I'm trying that for breakfast tomorrow.  A great break from cereal or yogurt, and a good way to use up berries.

What size pkg?  The one in my freezer is a 4 lb box and that would be a bit much.

A pint is lots - half-pint is a bit spare, but you can add (as I have) some chopped strawberries, apple, any other berries, or even in a pinch make it without any berries (boring but I was unknowingly out of berries once).
