Screen bouncing around
« on: July 31, 2010, 03:07:07 PM »
Hi,

Every so often, when I'm replying, the screen will start bouncing around and the lines don't wrap properly.  You also can't scroll down;it jumps back up to where it was.  Help?

OH! I know this one!

On your browser, I think under view, look for "compatibility view" and click on that.  That should fix it!  You'll need to do that each time you delete your browsing history, but otherwise it works any time you come back to eHell. :)

There's also a "compatibility view" button you can click next to the URL address bar, usually beside the refresh and stop buttons.

I don't see a fix in ie7.  In ie8, there's a compatibility view link.  I was looking for you on the Microsoft site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956197

Sure thing :) Mine did it too, and it was super annoying!  If you delete your browser history, you'll have to reset it, just FYI.
