Can someone help me post some photo's ?

OK - I am sure that I am making this harder than it needs to be .......

I want to have the photo show up in the thread ... not linked to my album on photobucket.

I used the thread they gave me - but I do not get the photo in the thread - just the link to my album.  Example is the thread above this called testing ( POF )
