What's for Christmas Dinner?
kckgirl:
I hope this isn't a repeat, but if it is, I didn't see the original. What are you having for Christmas dinner (those of you who celebrate Christmas, that is)?
We're having lasagna, garlic bread, salad, and apple pie (hours later, when we can move again).
Shoo:
For Christmas: spiral cut ham, potatoes, green bean casserole, homemade rolls.
For Christmas Eve: King crab legs, salad, & bread
kckgirl:
I forgot to add that in the morning, while opening gifts, we bake easy sticky buns for breakfast. We eat them with the oranges that Santa brought.
(Santa brings stockings filled with oranges and apples at our house)
Sandi Papaya:
I'm not going to Christmas dinner, but I'm hosting Christmas Eve brunch with my mom tomorrow.
We will be having:
baked ham
hash brown casserole
spinach dip and sourdough bread
Cuban appetizer sandwiches with deviled-ham spread
bacon
pancakes
orange juice
cranberry juice
chicken enchiladas
chocolate cake
pumpkin pie
homemade peanut brittle
and a whole smorgasbord of goodies! :)
