Please please please help!!!!!

My nephew is TINY!!! Like, insanely tiny, is 2 1\2 and wearing 18 month clothes still.

He's potty training (yay) and he's almost there. Good stuff.

Problem: He has no underwear because none fit his small body!!!!

It'd be great if someone knew somewhere or could find something. I knew I could bring this to you guys for help!!!

Would it be possible to buy some doll's clothes underpants?  Sometimes at markets or crafts shops there are people who make and/or dress life sized dolls, they may be able to suggest outlets for you to buy small underpants.  Or can anyone in your family sew - they might be able to run something up for your nephew.  My 6 year old son can still easily wear size 3 or 4 clothes so I know where you are coming from.
