One night, I had an elderly gentleman come to my register in an electric cart (this is important) and behind him in line was a man with his 3 daughters. Both these customers are regular customers to me, and I enjoy interacting with them.
As elderly gentleman starts unloading his basket, without prompting, NES's oldest daughter said, here let me help, and she proceeded to unload EG basket.
EG thanked her when she was done, and then again before he left. I also thanked her, and gave dad a thumbs up and said good job dad. He beamed.
