Gazpacho anyone?

I'm going crazy here!
Last year on my beloved's birthday, I made a Gazpacho soup that I really liked and I apparently didn't save the recipe!  I'm having a heck of a time finding something similar and was wondering if anyone here could help me.
The part I'm having trouble with is the cilantro.  This particular soup had tomatoes (of course) cucumber, garlic, onion, tomato juice, and cilantro.  There were other ingredients, like pepper, salt, and vinegar (or was it lemon juice) and I may be missing some other pieces.  Does anyone have a recipe that sounds similar?

I got this off the web. We have made it a couple times, and I plan to make it again tomorrow.

Fresh Market Gazpacho

        5 large roma (plum) tomatoes, diced   
        1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed   
        1 stalk celery, diced   
        1 cucumber - peeled, seeded, and diced   
        2 green onions, chopped   
        2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion   
        1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley   
        1/2 red bell pepper, diced   
        1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced   
        1/2 lemon, juiced   
        1 clove garlic, minced   
        1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice   
        1 teaspoon curry powder   
        1 pinch dried tarragon   
        freshly ground black pepper to taste   
        1 dash hot pepper sauce   

              Prep Time: 30 Minutes Ready In: 2 Hours 30 Minutes Avg.
        In a large glass bowl, mix the tomatoes, garbanzo beans, celery,
        cucumber, green onions, sweet onion, parsley, red bell pepper, yellow
        bell pepper, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour in the tomato juice. Season
        with curry powder, tarragon, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Chill in the
        refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

        Cholesterol: 0mg
        Sodium: 608mg

i looove gazpacho - i make it all summer long. this is my adaptation to a recipe from an old israeli cook book by ruth sirkus.

1-2 slices of bread, or cup of bread crumbs
3 TBSP vinegar
1 TBSP olive oil

3-4 very ripe tomatoes, peeled
1 cucumber
1 sweet red pepper
1 onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1 liter of tomato juice
additional olive oil, salt, pepper

to serve: olive oil, ice cubes, and chopped tomato, cucumber, pepper. (optional).

1. for crumbs: soak bread in mixture of olive oil and vinegar
2. put vegetables in food processor, process till smooth then pour into bowl.
3. add crumbs, tomato juice and spices to taste.
let it coool in fridge. when ready to serve, taste - it should be piquant (spicy/sour). put ice cube in each bowl and pour soup over, can add a few drizzles of olive oil and/or yogurt on top. can garnish with cubed vegetables
note: I've made this without the crumbs as well when I was watching my carbs. it's fine either way - the crumbs just give it some body. you can adjust the vegetables - and use more or different proportions. i like to serve it drizzled with olive oil and yogurt.
