Since I watch my language, I'm not familiar with all the substitutions. I must admit, I enjoy them and find them clever, along with the other terms, such as "scrabble" and "bacon fed knave." When I use that 3 letter abbreviation, I use it to mean "Oh My Goodness," not the other phrase anyway.
One of my favorite ehell euphemisms was "... hit him in the scrabble tiles."
