Even though they have since eased up on it a bit, I remember when you couldn't return ANYTHING ever, even with a receipt, for anything but store credit.  No refunds at. all.

I remember when the one at the mall I worked at changed their policy, they had huge signs posted everywhere, all over the store, advertising it... I thought it was funny because the new policy was only slightly better that the old one.

The only time I will shop in a Burlington Coat Factory is if I am trying to kill time by browsing, because it takes SERIOUS browsing to find the good stuff.
