Thanks, Mikayla, I'll try both dill and mint next time. Don't know why I haven't before.
I use tzatziki as a sort of general purpose dip/sandwich spread/this dish needs some
decoration. It's good drizzled over steamed veggies, and good for marinating chicken in before grilling, and good as "mayonnaise" on a tomato and cheese sandwich.
And it's a good salad dressing.
Oh, and if you add avgolemono soup to that meza platter, and you hear faint
scratching outside your door, it's me, breaking all rules of etiquette, hoping to be invited in... <g>
