When DD#1 was pre-K, she told me that she could count up to 100 in less than a second.

Proud doubting momma that I was I looked at my watch and said "Go!"

She said "1, 2, Skip a few, 99, ONE HUNDRED! ;D

(did it work?)

Nope, not this one either.
You are only young once. After that you have to think up some other excuse.

Bumping this as it seemed the appropriate place to confess that I feel like I've killed several threads today. :P I post something, and I imagine other people looking at it and going, "Yeah... not sure what to say that could follow THAT madness." The forum equivalent of an awkward silence and other people trying to subtly slip away to refill their drinks.

Oh you thought it was dead but it's not.

I'm not so much killing threads at the moment but I appear to be posting all over the internet invisibly.

I was just wishing I could search for this thread so I could ask it how it is doing and wish it a Happy Thanksgiving.

It is getting too big now for me to call it Little Thread. Sigh. They grow up so quickly, don't they?

Edit: "to" is not "too". I hereby turn in my Grammar Nerd badge.  :-[
