FB pokes to lose weight

One of my friends started this on her page and I thought it was a really cool idea to help her reach her fitness goals. I'm not sure that it is an original idea of hers, but it is the first time I've heard of anyone doing it. She loves FB and regularly plays the games. So she started a new one where she issues an exercise challenge to herself through her status. So far she has done sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, curls and walk/jogging distances. Today is push up day. She asks that her friends "poke" her throughout the day. The amount of pokes determines the amount of exercises that she does at the end of the day. I thought it was a really neat way to get others involved in her fitness, hold herself accountable, keep things interesting and turn something that can be usually seen as annoying into something positive and useful. 
Flair/Flare is very confusing. Even for authors.
