Not that a studio in Hawaii is anything to sneeze at but, comparatively speaking, if he has some big house in the Hamptons, why is he "slumming" (for him) in a studio in Hawaii four months out of the year? I'd think someone who could afford a big house in the Hamptons could afford a bigger place in Hawaii (or am I making an interesting assumption here...?). I wonder if the guy is telling the truth or if the air is too thin on the rooftop of that high-rise for him to think clearly...
