Congrats on the new shoes!!
Im not a huge fan of shoes, only have enough to get me by in everyday life..have always had issues with my feet, even as a toddler,so i find it hard to find shoes that fit me.
And no,my feet look normal..just had to have corrective shoes as a kid for a short time, and now, just to big and wide(about 10 1/2 to 11,which is not so uncommon, just have trouble with the width for most shoes)
And yes, Ugg boots are totally 100% Australian in name and make. I dont care what the rest of the world wants to call them,Ugg boots is fine..just as long as the Ugg boot stays the genuine Aussie brand/name/company etc
I can see how they would suit colder climates though..keeps feet toasty warm!*L*
I still cant quite get over the fact that they were once thought of as very daggy, and would rather be caught dead then being seen wearing ugg boots!*L*
To true!
A very 'Westie' thing back in the 80's..along with desert boots..
Westie=Western suburbs(of which i am proud to belong!)which also generally means(or has the impression there of)a 'lower' income class, say compared to the North or Eastern suburbs of Sydney.
The whole flannelette(sp?)shirt and ripped jeans "Where's me smokes love.." deal*L*
Not quite rednecks,but just about..
Oh,and for the record..being true blue Aussie and all..flip flops are Thongs!! Another great Aussie invention! At least i think so..hehehehe
