She sounds nutty. The dog thing is just...odd. And everything else is annoying and crazy-making. And I'm pretty sure she's going to end up setting that house on fire. Could you, erm, report that to someone or anything like that?

Ugh, tell me about it. My rescue just had two of our dogs poisoned last month. Someone fed them chicken soaked in antifreeze. :'( :'(
