On Friday, July 1st starting at 6 pm EST, the forum will either be in maintenance mode meaning you can read it but you can't post to it or it will be offline completely. This is in preparation for a major upgrade of the forum software to a completely new version. Forum downtime could be anywhere from a few hours to a full day. Updates on the progress will be posted to the Ehell Facebook group and possibly the main blog, assuming I can access it.
This is the long awaited upgrade to SMF 2.0 version. It's been a Release Candidate for a very long time and has finally gone Gold. Besides a lot of new moderation and admin tools, this version has the much anticipated feature of members being able to ignore specific people. I am sure there are other features we will be discovering over the following weeks.
Don't be surprised if the forum theme design reverts back to the default or changes entirely. Not sure yet if this design theme mod has been upgraded to be compatible with the 2.0 version.
