Looking at my last posts
« on: July 03, 2011, 11:37:14 AM »
How do I do this?  I used to just click on my name and it would bring up the screen with information about me (not my account profile where I can make changes) and at the bottom I could click on show last posts of this person and bring up previous posts I had made.  Now it brings up a screen for profile changes,  If I click on another members name it brings up a screen as we had before and to the side is a place where you can view previous posts of the person.  How can I look at my own previous posts?
Thanks.
I've never knitted anything I could recognize when it was finished.  Actually, I've never finished anything, much to my family's relief.

I am glad you asked that - I was wondering that too.

click on your name, then put the mouse on the profile button  - the link is in the drop box

eta:  sorry, apparently that's how everyone else can see your last posts - I just looked on mine and dont see the same box

I tried that, it's not there for me.  All I get are the pages to edit my profile, I want to see it as other people do.

I haven't been able to find it yet either and you can't look at your own profile either.

 Odd, I could earlier today.

Probably more tinkering with the setting by admin

I had been able to with some of the different formats yesterday but they've kind of blurred together now.

Thanks for the replies, everyone.  I hope they bring it back.  I love that feature.

If I click on your name, the show posts is just under your name on the far left of the screen.    I am going to hit post and see what happens when I hit my profile to see if I see the same thing.

ETA:  Dang... I cant see the list of my posts like I can check your posts by clicking your profile name.  I did fiddle with the 'modify profile' portion and if you hover the mouse over that, a list of options displays to tailor the board to your own specs, although nothing for colour management.

That's a bummer -- I always liked being able to see my list of posts.

Same, can't access it anymore. When I try to click on "Summary", it just takes me to "Account settings".

I like to browse back and cringe at admire my paragraphs upon paragraphs of drivel wisdom.

I do hope that feature comes back.  I've found it to be pretty useful.

I always found your syntax pleasing, if that helps.

Click Profile/Summary and there's an option to Show Posts.
