Teacher in the Cafeteria saw that he had not "cleaned his plate" (block of red jello) and made him sit down and eat it despite his protests (and his allergy was in his records) short story he ended up in the ER because of it.
Happy your little guy is doing well!butter isn't made from milk? <shakes head> sounds like the time my friends BIL told him that FLOUR wasn't made from wheat. They also have a kid in their family that is allergic (very) to red food dye. By the time he was in grade school he knew not to eat anything red. Teacher in the Cafeteria saw that he had not "cleaned his plate" (block of red jello) and made him sit down and eat it despite his protests (and his allergy was in his records) short story he ended up in the ER because of it. His Mom told him that from then on if they tried to make him eat something he shouldn't to pick it up and throw it on the floor. That she would rather bail him out of the office than the ER.He had to do it more than once before the school "got it"
