I took a trip across the country, intending to bring Emaily with me to see all the sights. Instead I managed to leave her at home. Fear not my pantry was well stocked and she was OK. Anyway, I can post the pictures (sans Ms. Post) here anyway or I can keep them and post them elsewhere. Thoughts?

Emaily has reached Dallas, where it has been raining for several days (YAAAAAAYYYYYYY!) and her hostess is up to her assets in alligators at work, so there will be a slight layover here.

Emaily Post is under temporary new management. I will be taking over for madhatter for the next little while. So the system shall continue to function as before but instead messages should be directed to me as I am in possession of the master list.

I'm sure we're all pretty excited to see some photos of our travelling heroine. Due to problems with the blog it could not be contributed to by every participating member.

I propose instead that when you message me for the address of the next participant you can send me some photos which I will post to a photoblog account. If it is easier to do so by email I will gladly create one.

I know we're all looking forward to seeing the exploits of our well-mannered traveller.

I have discovered that I still have access to our original blog at http://emailypostgoesabroad.blogspot.com
As such I would be pleased as punch to continue to post your pictures and stories of Emaily Post.

There's a typo in the URL: http://emailypostgoesabroad.blogspot.com - with the "y" - works fine!

Is there a list of in which order people get Emily? I did pm back in the day when the thing was being set up, and I wonder where i am in the list :)

There is a list and I can check where on it you are. Unfortunately no one has pm'd me to ask for the address of the next person in line.  Either the system is working without me or the Emilys are still with their current owners.

Sure thing! Just pm me your address and I'll put you right on it.

You can also, if you prefer, download and cut out your own Emaily Post from the OP if you want to get going on your picture taking sooner.

Emaily enjoys culture, so she visited the Arts District in Dallas, where she helped work the spotlights for a holiday show at the Wyly Theater.
