“There are some basic, fundamental rules to life and personal relationships- and that the poised will someday be victorious over the tacky heathens of the world!”
I’m the only one up, and I’m trying to be quiet while I snicker madly. Meanwhile, my “prisoner” has already had his breakfast. This must be equal parts of kibble and canned food. It is 6:40 am, and I’ve now been up for 1.5 hours already. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Dogs have owners. Cats have staff. 🙂

I loved this, definately written by person who is owned by a cat!

I have seen this before, but it never fails to please. Thanks for the Friday AM laugh!

And sing the song of my people… Hilarious.

I’m very surprised that the writer calls the humans “authorities.” 🙂

How inhumane! Cat tortureers. 😉

I’ve seen this one before and I love it. My favorite is the 2 – exactly 2 – belly rubs. 3, and the cat will bite.
LMAO!!! My husband showed this to me the other day. So funny! And so true of our cat.

Oh my gosh…the half filled bowl just about knocked me over from laughter HAHAHAHAHA! My 1 year old black kitty named Tardis (who when he slits his eyes looks like Toothless from How To Train Your Dragon) will literally walk around yowling as loud as he can when his dish is 3/4 full. However this is not his normal meow….when he wants attention he has a very wussy mew.

I am another one who has seen this before. I almost never re-visit or re-watch video shorts. Once is usually quite enough. However, this one is just as comical the second time around. The deadpan delivery of the narrator is funny indeed!

My mother’s cat is convinced he will starve if he can see the bottom of the dish through the kibble. Either that, or that he’ll suffer dish-poisoning. Anyway, great complaining will ensue until food has been added so that there is no dish showing. And only then will he deign to eat.
This video always makes me laugh.
Thank you so much for sharing it!

How true, for 22 years my cat (sons cat) had the food dish in nearly the same place, maybe a couple inches difference. She always needed to be walked to her food dish, especially at 3:21 plus or minus a minute each morning. And yes a couple of bites always needed to be added to the dish.

Thank you finding and posting this, now I know what my kitties thinks 😀

This video is hilarious. We have 8 cats who think it’s a bad day if we run out of kitty treats or the battery goes dead in their mechanical toys!
