I’m thankful for many things today and wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for this site and its Administrator. She has given many of us a good laugh, a good opportunity to reflect and a good place to come and have a virtual cup of coffee. May next year at this time find all of us healthier, wealthier, wiser, more gracious, more loving and more full of hope. Happy Thanksgiving, indeed!

Happy Thanksgiving from a reader in the UK! It’s so easy for us to snipe at each other, but there’s a lot to admire about different countries. No country or nation is perfect, and no-one is qualified to represent a country alone, but it’s nice to know that sites like this exist, where the overwhelming plan is to be nicer to each other.
